Biography
Nicole Talbott brings her training and experience in communications, mass media and marketing, video production, and culinary support into Shaping America's Plate, Inc. as a voice for the future.
Nicole has been working side-by-side with Pam since 2006 when she began as her Business Manager, and has helped to grow the company in new initiatives, furthered reach, and launched P.S. Flavor!™ Artisanal Spice Blends, a collection of in-house flavors designed by Pam Smith, RDN, which are now used in restaurants and kitchens across the globe.
You can find Nicole behind the camera on the "Nicole cam," presenting seminars and interactive classes about spices, co-hosting events and cooking demonstrations with Pam, styling and taking food photography for social media, blogs, and client needs, editing content for digital and print production, and coordinating with clients to see their visions come to life.
Nicole earned a Bachelor of Science in Mass Mass Media Studies and Communication from Florida State University, continued her studies in internships with the Florida’s News Channel and Scripps Productions (working directly with the DIY Network and TV Food Network), and was the Program Manager of virtual class curriculums for students at Florida Hospital College and University of Florida before joining Pam Smith in her mission to bring delicious wellness to the world one plate at a time.
As the Chief Operating Officer of Shaping America’s Plate, Nicole supports the team and client initiatives and shapes them to create a winning partnership and success for all.
